WHAT IS ETHICAL FASHION?
Ethical fashion is a term used to describe ethical fashion design, production, retail and purchasing. It covers a range of issues such as working conditions ,exploitation, fair trade, sustainable production etc etc.
In another terms ethical fashion can also be said as "sustainable fashion" or "eco fashion ". It can be described as an industry that have emerged as an alternative to mass produced clothing, where the consumer has a little know visibility of the environmental and labour cooperative practices.
WHY IS ETHICAL FASHION IMPORTANT?!
Globalisation doesn't just mean to import things international but to learn the fashions of the other countries. But as our currency differs from country to countries the cost of the clothing gets high to purchase international . So people from inside the country develop industries to produce clothing based on the culture of different countries. This change and this ethical fashion is important but the whole thing is sustainability. Is ethical fashion sustainable?! If not why should it be?!
WHY IS SUSTAINABLE FASHION IMPORTANT?!!
Ethical fashion requires a total of industries , man power, environment and so on.Globalisation doesn't mean to harm the nature and globalise people. It is equally important to protect the nature. In ethical fashion the clothes are made from organic, pest-side free, non - GMO cotton materials . They are made safe for people and environment without using Toxic like carcinogens or other harmful chemicals. They are made by sustainable practices such as reduce water consumption , using natural energy , avoiding pollution and less production of waste material.
I conclude this by saying that may be ethical fashion may not reduce all the impact that causes on the environment or the people but it helps to reduce a part of it. So ethical fashion is important.
